Purple Go allows you to create a simple and transparent pricing structure that customers can easily understand. It will help your staff easily learn and communicate pricing to customers and quickly finish out orders for them.

You've now gone through the process of importing your inventory of frames. Now you should go through an ensure all your frames have pricing for them.

Go to your Inventory screen and make sure you've got the Retail price set for all your frames. The frames with the '-' indicates items that do not have retail pricing for them. You should go and update those.

All your frames have been imported and they all have the retail price set. Now you'll want to create a list of lens options and prices. We've already created a standard set of lens options for you within the Purple Go iPad App.

From the Home Screen:

You can update pricing for lens type, material, coatings and others. Tap on the display name field or price field in each row and override it. Hit update for the changes to be saved. The pricing will be updated and will affect all open orders.

To remove the lens options, just tap on the delete icon to the right of each row to remove that option. If you find that you need more options, tap on the "Add New".

Once you've set up all your lens pricing you'll be able to seamless create orders for customers and easily check them out. To do so, create an order from the orders module.
