Purple Go has a large product catalog of frames with pertinent frame information like model, color, frame measurements, etc. You can start populating your inventory from the home screen:
First, tap Store Management
Then, tap Inventory
Add Products to your Inventory
Next, tap Add From Catalog on the Inventory screen.
Find Product in Product Catalog
The product catalog contains 150 product brands and all the models of frames. We recommend you start with importing products from one brand at a time.
To add an item, start by filtering the product catalog by brand & model
First, select a brand. Tap the "Filter by brand" field and type in a brand. You can also tap the drop down button and select a brand.
Next, select a model. Tap the "Filter by model" field and type in a model. You can search for any substring, I.E. for model 1234, you can search by "234" or "123". You can also tap the drop down button and select a model.
Once you've selected by model, tap on the row and add the item to your inventory.
Add Found Product to Inventory
To add a product to your inventory:
Update the Wholesale & Retail prices
Update any size information to reflect the correct frame details
Tap the Add button.
Add New Product To Inventory
If you searched for a frame in the Product Catalog and can't find it, you can add a product by tapping the Add New Product button. You'll have to enter all the information required to add it to your inventory
Inventory Screen
The inventory screen consists of all the frame products that you have imported from the product catalog. It represents all the products that you have had or have in stock in your store.
Search Your Inventory
You can search through your inventory by:
Filtering by brand
Filtering by model
Filtering by brand and model
Searching for any model, color, sun or optical
To filter by brand or model, just tap the drop down button
and select a brand or model. You can also search through your inventory by looking for specific models like "4496".
Update Your Inventory
Your inventory gets updated when an item has been purchased. You can also edit an inventory item by tapping on each inventory row. You can update the stock, price and other frame related information.
