To access the check-in form from your Desktop or iPad app, follow these simple steps:
Open your Dropbox account.
Navigate to the following path:
Home → Apps → Purple Go → purpleforms
Open the folder for your location.
Within this folder, you'll find the check-in form saved in the format: First\_Name\_Last\_Name\_Date\_Time.pdf
From here, you can print the form, upload it to your EHR system, or use it as needed.
