From your Desktop or iPad app, you can go to Dropbox account.
From Dropbox go to:
Home -> Apps -> Purple Go -> purpleforms
Then open your location folder
The check in form is saved by First_Name_Last Name _Date_Time.pdf.
From here you can print it, save it to EHR system, etc.
