Purple Go simplifies patient check-ins by allowing them to complete and sign forms electronically. Submitted forms are saved as digital copies to your Dropbox account, and if integrated with RevEHR, patient demographic data syncs automatically. This streamlined process allows seamless integration of patient data management and improved efficiency for your practice.

Setup Process

1. Create Dropbox Account + Setup Dropbox

  1. Create a Dropbox account. Make sure to save your userid and password. Go here to created account: https://www.dropbox.com/basic

  2. Go to your Desktop and download the Dropbox app. Go here to download Desktop app: https://www.dropbox.com/install

  3. Log into Dropbox from your Desktop.

  4. Go to your iPads and download the Dropbox app.

  5. Log into Dropbox from your iPads.

2. Setup Purple Go App

  1. Open the Purple Go iPad app and navigate to the Check-In screen.

  2. Connect your Dropbox account.

  3. Enter your email and password to log in.

  4. Review and accept the terms and conditions.

  5. Set up your Purple Go passcode for added security.
