You can now check in your patients by having them fill out all the forms and sign electronically. Once the patient form is submitted, Purple Go creates a digital copy of the forms and saves it to your Dropbox account. If you have RevEHR integration enabled, the patient’s demographic data from the form, like name, email, address, etc will sync directly with RevEHR.

Create Dropbox Account + Setup Dropbox

  1. Create a Dropbox account. Make sure to save your userid and password. Go here to created account: https://www.dropbox.com/basic

  2. Go to your Desktop and download the Dropbox app. Go here to download Desktop app: https://www.dropbox.com/install

  3. Log into Dropbox from your Desktop.

  4. Go to your iPads and download the Dropbox app.

  5. Log into Dropbox from your iPads. 

Setup Purple Go App

Go to the Purple Go iPad app -> Go to Check In Screen

  1. Connect Dropbox account   

  2. Enter your email and password

  3. Accept the terms

  4. Set up the Purple Go passcode
