Step 1: Ensure Compatibility
Before getting started, make sure your iPad is running iOS 13.0 or later. Here's how you can check your iOS version:
Open the Settings app.
Go to General.
Tap About.
Look for the version listed under Software Version.
If your iPad is running an older version, update it to the latest iOS to ensure compatibility.
Step 2: Receive Your TestFlight Access
You’ll need access to TestFlight, Apple’s app testing platform, to install the Purple Go app. Your customer representative will send you a TestFlight email invitation. Can’t find the email? Contact your representative to resend it.
Step 3: Install TestFlight
To use TestFlight:
Open the App Store on your iPad.
Search for TestFlight.
Download and install TestFlight using this link for convenience: Download TestFlight.
Step 4: Install Purple Go Using TestFlight
Once the TestFlight app is installed, follow these steps to install Purple Go:
Open the Mail app on your iPad.
Locate the TestFlight invitation email.
Tap Start Testing in the email.
You will be redirected to the TestFlight app. Tap Accept, then Install or Update to download the Purple Go app.
Once the installation is complete, open the Purple Go app and log in using your user ID and password.
