Purple Go is an integrated sales, marketing and customer relationship management platform for optical retailers.

Before you get started

Your customer representative will give you access to TestFlight. You should have received a TestFlight email invitation to install the app. If you don't see it in your email please contact your customer representative.

Checking iOS Compatibility

The Purple Go iPad app works on iPad with iOS version 13.0 and later. To check which version of iOS is on on your iPad:

  1. Go To Settings App

  2. Go To General

  3. Go To About

  4. Section Version shows you which iOS version is installed

If you don't have a version 13.0 or later installed, then you can update your iPad to the latest version of iOS to make sure that you can download Purple Go.

Install the Purple Go iPad App

1. Install TestFlight App

From your iPad, download TestFlight from App Store: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/testflight/id899247664?mt=8

2. Install Purple Go App From TestFlight

On your iPad:

  1. Open the mail app

  2. Find and open the TestFlight invitation to use Purple Go

  3. Tap Start Testing in TestFlight.

  4. Tap Accept, Install, or Update.

  5. Once you're done with downloading the app you can enter in your userid and password.
